Guest Care Solutions was born out of a desire to put our founders’ 75+ years of hospitality experience to use for the greater good of the traveling public. The founders of Guest Care Solutions have a combined total of more than 75 years in the hotel business, having served as operators, vendors, owners, and consultants to thousands of hotels in the US. Because we know hospitality, we know how to make PPE appealing to guests; easy to incorporate into your day-to-day operations; and cost-effective for your bottom line. While our offerings meet the highest standards set by the CDC and WHO, we aren’t scientists — we are hoteliers and experts in helping you care for your guests.

Steve is also CEO of TTI Technologies, which he launched in 1991 to provide telecommunications and Internet support to the hotel industry. TTI offers more than a dozen solutions – all of which were developed by listening to his hotel customers. It is this same passion for customer service and integrity that led Steve to join forces with Willie Singh to create GuestCare Solutions.

Willie Singh served as a hotel general manager in Manhattan for 12+ years before founding his hotel reputation management company, R360 Consulting LLC, in 2015. R360 helps hotels manage their online reputations using proprietary technology, and old-fashioned hospitality. Willie’s understanding of daily hotel operations as an owner of two hotels are also a driving force behind Guest Care Solutions.
Director of Operations | TTI
Neil oversees operations working hand-in-hand with the service department to streamline TTI’s installation scheduling and customer support. He is committed to putting the customer first and providing efficient service for clients and their guests. Neil began working at TTI in 2004 as a business center and internet kiosk field technician and later earned several promotions due to his hard work and ethics.

Marketing Director | Cogwheel Marketing
Stephanie Sparks Smith is Founder and Digital Matriarch at Cogwheel Marketing and partner at Cayuga Hospitality Consultants. Her focus is helping companies drive incremental exposure and revenue to their websites and online channels through digital marketing and advertising. Previously, she was VP of eCommerce and Technology for Baywood Hotels. She has her MBA from University of Texas at Dallas and undergrad in hospitality at Virginia Tech. Currently, she resides in Seattle and enjoys the outdoors and seafood there.
